Jimmy Friend - President (University of North Texas)
Jimmy Friend is Director of Printing, Copy Centers, and Mail Services at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He has been involved in graphic arts for some 36 years. For the past 22 years he has been involved in the university printing in-plant environment, with 5 years at SMU and the past 17 years at UNT. Jimmy currently directs the university in-plant operations for Printing, Copy Centers, and Mail Services. UNT Mail Services and UNT Printing Services joined forces 9 years ago to better serve the university mail and printing needs, and to make a more customer focused service operation. UNT also operates a recruiting fulfillment operation, RMDS, Recruiting Mail Distribution System, that is under his direction. Jimmy is a member of HP-Digital Publishing Advisory Council, IPMA, TACUP, ACUP, SWACUMS, and NACUMS.

Donna Morris - President Elect (Oklahoma State University )
Donna Morris has worked at University Mailing Services at Oklahoma State University since 1989. She is a member of IPMA, SWACUMS, and NACUMS. She attended Oklahoma State University for three years, and has lived in Stillwater since 1977. She is on the Board of Directors of Altrusa International, Inc. of Stillwater, OK., and a member of Eagle Heights Baptist Church.

Marilyn Gaskill - Secretary (University of Central Oklahoma)
Marilyn Gaskill has overseen two separate mail service areas at University of Central Oklahoma for the last 12 years - Campus Mail Services and the Broncho Stamp-N-Post along with 5 full time and 1 part time staff. She has been a member of NACUMS since their inception 10 years ago, and last year served on their nominating committee. UCO has approximately 15,000 students enrolled in five undergraduate colleges and an office of graduate studies and research. Our faculty and staff population averages around 1,500. This year the Campus Mail Services department will begin an "Extreme Makeover". The Broncho Stamp-N-Post averages $100,000+ in revenue yearly

Ute Franklin - Treasurer (Rice University)
Ute Franklin is the Manager of Delivery Services at Rice University in Houston, Texas. She started working in Delivery Services as Assistant Manager in September 1999 and was promoted to Manager on January 15, 2005. She is very excited about my new position. She received her Mailpiece Quality Control (MQC) certification from the USPS last December, and has been a member of SWACUMS and NACUMS since September 2000. She is also a member of the local chapter of MSMA and a member of the Houston HPCC. Membership in these organizations contributes to our continuing educational and professional career developments. Ute is in her second year serving as Treasurer for SWACUMS.

Butch Hiatt -- Immediate Past President (Oklahoma State University)
Butch Hiatt is Immediate Past President of the SWACUMS and is manager of University Mailing Services at Oklahoma State University (OSU) in Stillwater. He has worked at OSU since October 26, 1986. Before that he worked in the airfreight forwarding industry for 23 years. During that time he spent 20 years working with and training employees to process hazardous material shipments. He spent 20 years processing shipments covered by the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
